These terms apply to all orders placed with PrintBao (the printing and packaging brand of Shenzhen NewbestVision Culture Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, China) through printbao.com, by e-mail or via WhatsApp. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. Quotes and prices
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. Website prices show the starting price for the lowest quantity of each product; the final unit price is calculated from your size, material, finishing and quantity.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties and local taxes in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Artwork, proofs and colour tolerance
- You confirm that you own — or are licensed to use — all text, logos and images in the artwork you supply, and that printing it will not infringe any third-party rights.
- We send a proof (digital or physical) before production. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Once approved, the approved proof is the quality standard for the order.
- Offset and digital printing have standard colour tolerance; slight differences between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) are normal. Spot-colour or Pantone matching must be agreed in the quote.
3. Minimum order and production time
Each product page shows the minimum order quantity and the standard production time. Rush options (for example 48-hour turnaround where offered) are confirmed in writing in your quote.
4. Intellectual property and samples
Ownership of your artwork stays with you. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may keep a sample of finished work and photograph it for our portfolio; just tell us and we will keep your project confidential.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge any time before proof approval. After approval and the start of production, materials and machine time are already committed, so the order cannot be cancelled — see our Refunds & Returns policy.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes are handled by the competent courts of Shenzhen, or amicably — talk to us first, we always try to solve problems directly.
