This Privacy Policy explains what information PrintBao collects when you visit printbao.com, use our design tools, submit artwork or place an order, and how we use and protect that information.

1. Information we collect
- Contact & quote requests. When you fill in a form (contact, quote panel, footer subscribe) we receive the details you submit — typically your name, e-mail address, phone/WhatsApp number, company and message.
- Artwork files. Files you upload through our upload page or the online 3D designer are stored so our prepress team can check and print them. Uploaded files are used for your order only and are not shared publicly or used in our marketing without your written permission.
- Order information. Products, quantities, delivery address and messages needed to produce and ship your order.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and performance monitoring.
- Cookies. Essential cookies keep your shopping cart and session working. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.
2. How we use your information
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and provide prepress checks
- To produce, pack and ship your order and send you status updates
- To send service e-mails about your order (we do not send marketing e-mails unless you subscribed, and every subscription e-mail can be opt out by replying)
- To meet accounting and legal obligations
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by PayPal. Your payment details are handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. If we issue a bank-transfer invoice, we only store the payment reference needed to match your order.
4. Sharing
We share the minimum data necessary with: our production facility (order specifications and artwork), logistics carriers (name, address, phone for delivery) and PayPal (payment). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. Retention
Enquiry and quote data is kept while it is useful for serving you, then removed on request. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Chinese accounting and tax law. Artwork files can be deleted from our production system at any time on your request.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using your artwork. Write to services@printbao.com — we reply within one business day (Mon–Sat).
7. Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
