Orders are produced at our 10,000 m² base in Dongguan and shipped worldwide from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
1. Production time and transit time
- Production time depends on the product and quantity — it is shown on each product page and confirmed in your quote. Rush production (e.g. 48-hour turnaround where available) can be arranged.
- Transit time depends on the destination and the service chosen. Your quote or order confirmation states the expected door-to-door time before you pay.
2. Carriers and tracking
We ship with major international express carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and equivalents). Once your order leaves the factory we e-mail you the tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
3. Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. We label shipments accurately and can adjust declared values on request within legal limits.
4. Delivery address
Please double-check the delivery address and phone number — carriers charge a fee for re-routing or re-delivery caused by a wrong address. Business addresses are the easiest to deliver to.
5. Delay or loss
If a shipment is delayed or shows no movement, contact us — we open an inquiry with the carrier and keep you updated. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we reissue the order or refund it.
